The Real-Life Flying Sports Car Is Better Than You Imagined (Video)
Who wouldn’t want to be able to fly above other cars and beat all of the brutal, time-consuming city traffic?!
There might actually be a way thanks to AeroMobil, a Slovakian company dedicated to bringing the flying car to real life. What could possibly be better than that? According to Mashable, the AeroMobil flying car can fly at a top speed of 124 mph.
In addition, it needs about 650 feet of space in front of it to be able to take off safely, but only needs 164 to land. Not bad, huh?
So far, AeroMobil has been able to create two different prototypes of the vehicle.
In a recent video uploaded to YouTube, we’re introduced to the third prototype, which is the best one yet. It’s called the AeroMobil 3.0 and, in the simplest terms, it’s the future.
The YouTube description reads:
The AeroMobil 3.0 prototype is very close to the final product. It is predominantly built from the same materials as the final product, such as advanced composite materials for the body shell, wings, and wheels.
As of now, these vehicles are still in production stages, so you won’t be seeing any flying cars zooming over your head anytime soon. It’s good to know that someday, these vehicles will be a part of our everyday transportation routines.
